Here are the questions of our guests: we have tried to answer by giving you all the necessary information.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we ask our guests to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount to confirm the reservation.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay in cash or by Credit Card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard) or Debit Card.
What do your prices include?
Our prices include bed and breakfast treatment, with Wi-Fi, breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m., outdoor parking.
Can I book half-board?
We do not offer the classic half-board service, but we propose the bed and breakfast formula and the restaurant service separately. Our restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, all you have to do is book a table. We offer a daily menu with 5 courses of Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. There is the possibility to choose only a few dishes (in this case you only pay for what you eat). Our restaurant menu offers a wide selection of sushi and hot and cold Japanese cuisine.
Is it possible to add beds or cots for children?
Yes, it’s possible. You should let us know when you make your reservation.
Can I bring my dog?
Your little friends are welcome for a daily supplement of €30.00. To ensure they always feel comfortable and safe in their new environment, they must not be left alone in the room during your stay, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon at the time of booking
Do you have a secure bike and ski depot?
Inside the hotel we have a video-monitored depot with heated lockers for storing skis and boots. In summer it turns into a bike depot with the possibility of recharging your E-Bike.
Can I recharge my electric car?
Of course, we have an exclusive charging station available for our customers, inside our garage.
Do I have to give my licence plate to access the LTZ?
The car park reserved for our customers is located in the LTZ and the only possible access point is VARCO 1. When you arrive, please communicate us your licence plate number. You will then be able to enter and exit through that gate until the end of your stay.
Can I use a covered garage?
We have a covered garage available for our guests for € 20 upon reservation.
How can I book my holiday in total security?
Thanks to the BeSafe Rate! It is the rate that guarantees cancellation for unexpected events and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking.
Which is the BeSafe Rate payment policy?
With BeSafe Rate the full amount of the stay will be withdrawn at the time of booking.
Do you have a Spa/Wellness Centre in the hotel?
We do not have a wellness center at the hotel. Our Suites and Deluxe Rooms have a private sauna in the room. We have a list of massages available, which you can book and enjoy directly in the comfort of your room. We also have an agreement with Aquagranda. You can book directly at the reception and receive a discount on admission.
You can also use the spa at our partner hotel, Hotel Bivio, free of charge. Children are only allowed until 5:00 PM.
Is it possible to purchase the ski pass at the hotel?
Click on this link to purchase your ski pass online. At the end of the procedure you will receive a pdf file. Please forward it to us at info@hotellarice.it. We will collect it for you so that you can have it on arrival. If this is a bit complicated, simply let us know by e-mail the type of ski pass you need and we will directly take care of it.
