You have booked your holiday, looked forward to it, and then you finally arrived in Livigno. Great and now what? No problem, we'll tell you. Livigno in winter is a true paradise, covered in a soft layer of snow that conveys tranquillity and peace, and offers many fun activities.

Let's start with skiing, to each his own preferred style: alpine, snowboarding, cross-country, mountaineering, freestyle, or telemark, you just have to choose. At your disposal are two skiable slopes, wide pistes suitable for all levels of skiing. In two words, the kingdom of alpine skiing and snowboarding.

The largest snowpark in Italy is what all freestylers desire and it is located right here in Livigno. Cross-country skiing fans, on the other hand, can enjoy the 30 km of trails that run across the town, ideal for both experts and newcomers to the sport, who can find a fun way to “walk” on snow with skis on.

There are also numerous managed trails that can be travelled on with touring skis, or, for those who prefer it, with snowshoes: trekking in the snow is something magical, it allows you to discover wonderful places, breathe in the fresh air and have fun in nature.

A fantastic alternative is the fat bike, which with its larger-than-normal wheels allows you to ride in the snow - definitely worth a try! Ice skating, spending the afternoon having fun with go-karts, or strolling through the streets of the centre are fantastic options!
