We don't like simple and obvious things, that's why we make ambitious choices: our challenge is to bring Sushi to Livigno, at 1816 metres. We propose something unique and we want to do it in the best possible way: by choosing top quality ingredients which are then cooked by expert and trustworthy hands. The result is a varied and quality choice and we look forward to seeing you in our Restaurant for some excellent Sushi.

The starting point is the choice of the right raw materials. Every day we stock up at the Milan Fish Market: the fish here is extremely fresh and of excellent quality. Sushi and Sashimi, Nigiri, Hossomaki and Uramaki... the choice is yours! How will you accompany your favourite dishes? We offer you a wide selection of Speciality Beers, Sencha Fukuyu Green Tea and Hot or Cold Sake.
